Endotine Midface Instrument Requirements

You will not need any special instruments to perform a midface lift with the Endotine Midface device.

Some surgeons like to place the device in a retrograde fashion using the intr-oral incision and in this case it can be handy to have a tonsil clip or somthing like that on hand. This will allow you to reach down through the temporal incision to the intra-oral incision and grasp the leash. You can then pull the device into position by retracting the clip.
